Verdant Cards Limited aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders (Monday to Friday)

Please note this does not guarantee same day dispatch, except when a next day delivery service is paid for and an order is placed before 2pm - however in most cases if you order before 2PM it will be shipped the same day!

In the event that an item on a express service is delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control

Verdant Cards Limited will not be held responsible for this.

At this time we do not offer international shipping but this is something that we may consider in the future.

Shipping rates are calculated on the total price of your order to ensure all our deliveries are insured to their full value.

For orders under £25.00 these items will be sent by Royal Mail 48 at a cost of £3.50

For orders between £50.00 and £100.00 these items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a cost of £5.00

For orders over £100 your order will quality for free express delivery by either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail special delivery depending on item value.

All items are sent with delivery confirmation and insured regardless of value. and the price includes both postage and packaging.

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision and return your order. You will then have 30 days to return your order for a full refund.

It is recommended that signed for delivery is used in returning your order to us. In the event that signed for delivery is not used and an item goes missing Verdant Cards Limited will not be able to issue a refund for you.


You are responsible for paying the return postage costs back to us for an item that you do not want.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received.

We will only accept returns of unopened mystery boxes.


Verdant Cards Limited retain the right to refuse a return or make a fair deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

If an item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order, or the item is faulty, then please contact us by email at and we will communicate with you the best course of action to resolve the problem.


You will have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving. It is your responsibility to inform Verdant Cards Limited of any defects in your order. If no communication is made within 14 days, Verdant Cards Limited will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

If Verdant Cards Limited hear from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us within 30 days, complete with your order number. Any items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.

A pre paid returns label will be emailed to you upon an approved return request for a defective item.

In either event please contact us before sending in any returns and please do not send any returns to the registered office address as this is not our returns address and any items send to this address will not be received by us.

We use Wix payments processor and Klarna to accept all major debit and credit cards, this is the easiest and our preferred way of accepting your payment. We do not store your data or have access to your card details at any time, however if you prefer we do offer the option of payment via PayPal or BitPay.

Verdant Cards Limited is hosted on the Wix platform. Your data may be stored through Wix data storage, databases and applications, they store all data securely behind a firewall.


All payment gateways offered by Wix and used by Verdant Cards Limited comply with PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI security standards council.

Of Course! We only supply genuine products sourced by official distributors or retailers, nothing we sell is fake, resealed, weighed or tampered with in any way. Sometimes we source boosters from tins or balls so sometimes the edges of the booster look crumpled - this is because of the way they were packed into the product we opened. We also notice regularly manufacturing defects with the boosters, but this does not mean they have been tampered with - everything we sell is legit!

We aim to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday (usually much less). 

The answer to this is yes and no. It depends really. Currently with the issues with Pokémon supply in the UK we are only being allocated a small amount from our distributors of each set, so we are not publicly advertising pre orders to ensure we do not sell more product than we are allocated. Once we receive our confirmed allocations we will sell pre orders usually a few days before release.


However if there is a product you wish to pre order before we put them for general sale please email us at and ask! We may limit or restrict pre orders to 1 per customer to ensure we can provide enough product to everyone and we may refuse a pre order request if we think we have sold out of our allocation level.

 We are working hard to expand our business and add more lines available, however if there is something specific from any of the ranges we currently sell that you are looking for and it is not on our website, please email us at - we may well have it in stock and not on our website yet or may be able to source it for you.
